This Committee's mandate comes from Clause 10.3.2 of the EAPASA Constitution.


Please note that the Professional Conduct Committee will only give effect once EAPASA has been appointed as the Registration Authority and will meet as, and when required.


Functions, Roles & Responsibilities:

 The Committee is responsible for:

  • responding to complaints regarding the conduct or practices of Registered or Candidate EAPs;
  • investigate complaints / conduct hearings based on procedures outlined inthe Rule Book; and
  • decide on disciplinary measures or sanctions to be taken (based on procedures oulined inthe Rule Book).
